By downloading or using Inventoryze ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for any activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Inventoryze.

2. Acceptable use

Don't use Inventoryze to store unlawful content, to attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service, or to harass other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

3. Subscriptions

Inventoryze Premium is sold as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store. Billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled by Apple under its Standard EULA.

4. Your content

Your items, photos, and notes belong to you. We only need a limited license to store and display them within the app, and to show them to household members you've invited.

5. Service availability

We work hard to keep Inventoryze running, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, be added, or be removed.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Inventoryze is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no warranty that the AI-generated data (names, brands, tags) will be accurate.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inventoryze and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Inventoryze after changes means you accept the new terms.
